Lying flat on my back in my own home. It’s not quite the same anywhere else, but within these four walls, I can rest in the deepest Savasana.

Leggings from a small company called Belles & Co, they don’t budge. There are many companies that claim that they don’t but this is the only one that lives up to the claim and it’s so nice to not constantly be pulling up the waist.
