Hatha, Vinyasa, Soft Rocket, Hot Hatha, Vinyasa and pregnancy
She also teaches ‘ Slow Embodied Flow’ which is essentially a mix of Hatha, vinyasa laced with Iyengar principles.
Mary also has a wonderful non-impact practice as she learned to navigate scoliosis which calls for a need for greater awareness and sensitivity within the body.
Human Design
Mary is also a human design reader.
In case your wondering what human design is: its a combination of ancient and modern sciences (including astrology, the chakra system, the I Ching and quantum physics) to help you discover what makes you different from everyone else. In short, its a system that lets you learn more about yourself and how you operate in this world.
Favourite yoga poses
The half moon (Ardha Chandrasana) and hand-to-toe pose.
They are both standing balances interestingly and take total commitment and concentration to create the full expression but also here I will say to continue the full exploration they both exude the strength, technical qualities and Grace I love to work with. The inner dialogue with the outer form becomes the yoking of the whole.

Two books I call my “dailies”. The first is the trusted Tree of Yoga. The second is Sensing, Feeling &Action by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
